Client shapes the format, client is shaped by emotions – and by the crisis.
Polish retail is looking a bit odd right now on the European sales map. The economic crisis has remodelled consumer behaviour, creating favourable conditions for mergers of formats while the poorly consolidated market is facing new challenges.
