He is responsible for base proposition, loyalty management optimisation and performance across all the Vodafone markets. He joined the company in 2002 where he designed, implemented and managed customer value management-, churn Management- and customer Investment strategies. Prior to Vodafone he had joined Germany’s most successful Telco market challenger o.tel.o, managing fixed line, internet and IN services. Started his career in 1997 in Marketing with Germany’s leading utility company E.ON formerly VEBA.
