Anthony started his career on the Boots Graduate Development Programme. Being part of the Advantage Card launch programme, he was responsible for developing insights from the Advantage Card database to inform store ranging, product development and promotional strategies. After Boots, he moved to McKinsey & Company as a pan European CRM Consultant advising Companies in Utilities, Digital, Banking, Leisure and Retail sectors. He then moved to Loyalty Management Group to help launch the Nectar Loyalty Programme and was subsequently the Group Relationship Director for 5 years, leading several of the client relationships.
