The first opinion survey of managers in the loyalty sector

Between 26th May and 1st June 2011, we organised the first opinion survey of managers in the loyalty sector on the Polish market. As organisers of two most important, annual meetings of the Polish loyalty sector: Poland&CEE Customer Loyalty Summit and Multipartner Loyalty Programmes (the only congress of the kind in Europe) we succeeded in gathering the most representative group of managers and firms operating in the loyalty building sector.

 

 
 
None of our congresses is prepared without asking your opinions and comments and it is always our goal to create an added value for our clients. For this reason, the survey results will be used in selection of topics for the Multipartner Loyalty Programme Forum (27 – 28th October 2011) and preparation of a one-of-the-kind report that we are going to sent out to respondents of the survey and participants of our loyalty conferences.
 
Below find some of the questions that we have asked in the survey:
  • Which aspects of implementing the programme respondents considered the biggest challenge for their company?
  • Which model of rewarding works better – prizes or discounts?
  • What is the best B2B and B2C loyalty programme?
  • What are the channels used by managers for communicating with programme participants?
  • Would respondents consider participation in the second Payback-type coalition as partners?
Interim results of the question: Are you satisfied with the outcome of the programme?

It is interesting that, so far, no respondent has mentioned that the programme did not meet expectations. Equally interesting are indications of the best B2C loyalty programme. There are two leaders … but this will be covered in the full version of the report.

Results will be presented by the end of June 2011.
